- Prepare your order: email your preferred glass designs, quantities, needed-by date, shipping destination, and one-color artwork to jim@evanjamesstoppers.com to arrange your custom order.
- Review your digital proof: available within five business days after we receive your order and required details. You will receive an electronic proof via email.
- Approve for production: allow 3–5 weeks after digital proof approval, plus shipping time. We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is additional.

Before you order
When will my order be ready?
Your digital proof is available within five business days after we receive the order and all required personalization details or artwork. Production takes 3–5 weeks after you approve the digital proof. Allow additional time for shipping.
What does the proof process include?
You will receive an electronic proof via email. Production and engraving start after your approval. Production takes 3–5 weeks from proof approval.
Can I see a physical sample?
An optional custom engraved sample is $20 including shipping. The sample payment is not credited toward a later order. Email Jim to arrange your sample.
Can you accommodate a rush order?
Rush orders require our acceptance before you order. The surcharge is $200, plus two-day shipping billed at cost. Ask about your date before making plans.
What if I need more than 600 pieces?
Request a custom quote with your quantity, artwork, destination, and needed-by date.
