Plan your quantities, glass designs, names, and date. For your own design, email Jim your one-color artwork with your event date and quantity to arrange your order.
02 · APPROVE
Review your proof
Receive a digital proof within five business days after we have your order and required details.
03 · CELEBRATE
Allow time to create
Provide your event date upfront. We will work to it and have never been late. Production takes 3-5 weeks from digital proof approval, plus shipping. Plan ahead for your event date. Rush orders may be accepted at an additional cost.

When will my order be ready?
Your digital proof is available within five business days after we receive the order and all required personalization details or artwork. Production takes 3–5 weeks after you approve the digital proof. Allow additional time for shipping.
What does the proof process include?
You will receive an electronic proof via email. Production and engraving starts after your approval. Production time is 3-5 weeks from proof approval.
Can I see a physical sample?
An optional custom engraved sample is $20 including shipping. The sample payment is not credited toward a later order. Email Jim to arrange your sample.
Can you accommodate a rush order?
Rush orders require our acceptance before you order. The surcharge is $200, plus two-day shipping billed at cost. Ask about your date before making plans.
